How to Use:
- Dissolve 150-200g (7-10 tablespoons) of bath salt in water heated to approximately 37°C (98.6°F). Immerse yourself for 10 to 20 minutes. - For a foot bath, mix half a cup of salt into warm water at the same temperature, and soak your feet for up to 20 minutes, adding more warm water if needed. - As a body scrub, blend a small amount of salt with a tablespoon of olive oil or shower gel.
